Nations League final standings: Promotion, relegation, and who reached the finals

We look at how the land lies in UEFA’s newest competition, with Nations League results and final group standings.

Just a brief reminder of how this all works. Every UEFA nation is split into four leagues with each league containing four groups of either three or four teams.

Every team plays each other home and away and the top team of each group goes into the league play-offs. The winners of each league's play-off qualify for Euro 2020, unless of course they’ve already qualified through the separate qualification process, then their place goes to a lower-ranked team.

Oh, and there’s promotion and relegation as well as an overall champion who will come from the top league.

In fact, you should probably take a couple of minutes to watch this explainer video to be honest…

Got it? Good, on with the results.
