Kyle Naughton is introduced to take over from Lennon. And on we go with Spurs leading 3-0 and in complete control.

Lennon on the deck needing some treatment. This might be the end of the road for him.

Spurs don't want to concede here as there is a huge difference between 3-0 and 3-1 ahead of of next week's return leg.

Golden chance for Palacio racing through the middle from Cambiasso's free-kick. Fine stop by Friedel in the Spurs goal. Had to be alert to make that stop.

Those Inter fans looking fairly grim in the visiting end. Little wonder. Has not really been worth the trip so far.

A yellow card is going to be shown to Guarin for a basic dive with Gallas leaving a leg hanging out.

Sigurdsson and Pereira suffer a clash of shins. Bit of discomfort, but nothing of great concern. Friedel hammers the ball long from his box.

Parker giving Cambiasso the slip before picking out Gallas. Spurs winning all the 50-50 balls so far in this contest. A real high tempo approach.

Andrea Stramaccioni trying to encourage his side to calm their jets. This tie could fall away from Inter before half-time unless the Italians are careful. All very rash.

No Italian side has ever won at White Hart Lane in Europe with two defeats and two draws for the visitors. Doesn't look too bright for them so far, but here comes Alvarez.

Cassano plays the ball to Cambiasso, whose run over the ball fails to find Alvarez. Easy clearance for Spurs to make there.

A big night then for Spurs. A quick huddle and we are almost ready to go here.

Andrea Stramaccioni on the challenge facing Inter to mark Bale: "Gareth Bale is becoming one of the most complete players in Europe, because he is proving always decisive as well as having great quality. There is respect for Bale, just as for Aaron Lennon, Jermain Defoe and the other great Tottenham players. However, we too have champions and I am certain Spurs respect us. We have no fear."

Andre Villas-Boas: "Playing Inter is an emotional experience. I spent 18 months there, was made welcome and still speak to people there two or three times a week. I was scouting for Jose (Mourinho) and we had a conversation as I wanted to be more involved with first team training. We decided our contract at Inter would be the last one together and I went to Academica."

Antonio Cassano has been recalled to the Inter squad after being punished for a row with manager Andrea Stramaccioni by being dropped for the weekend's victory over Catania. He starts the match, but Inter are without key names such as Walter Samuel, Diego Milito and Andrea Ranocchia due to injury.
