Musgrave retires from sport as new squads announced for next season
Andrew Musgrave will head up Great Britain's cross country elite ski squad for the 2015/2016 season, although he will not be joined by sister Posy after the Sochi 2014 Olympian announced her retirement from the sport.
Younger brother Andrew enjoyed some of his best results during the previous season, becoming the first Brit to take top spot in a World Cup race in last winter's Tour de Ski.
And the double Olympian is named as one of four skiers in the Elite squad alongside Andrew Young, Callum Smith and Annika Taylor, with Fiona Hughes in the Performance squad.
There are also further skiers in the senior squad, junior and youth squads with Susan Massie and Peter Gibbs invited to train with the squad.
However there will be no sight of Posy Musgrave in Great Britain colours, with her opting to retire from competitive skiing to concentrate on a career in sports marketing.
Musgrave spent several seasons on the World Cup circuit and also finished 42nd and 66th in the individual freestyle sprint and 10km classic respectively at Sochi 2014.
"I'm very lucky to have spent six years skiing and competing internationally as part of this team," she said.
"I'll miss my teammates, coaches and all of the great experiences I've had but I'm also looking forward to continuing to be involved in sport from a new angle as I start a new role as athlete manager at GMR Marketing."
