Ful time. De Bruyne wins it with a potentially vital win for for City over Chelsea. They were wasteful, but only because their domination gave them so many chances. Let's not go overboard yet, but that is a suffocating performance from City.
De Bruyne walks slowly off to be replaced by Danilo.
Danilo will be on shortly to run down some time.
Christensen heads a cross from the right over from the free kick Willian won. Three minutes to go.
- Yellow cardNicolás OtamendiManchester City
City sitting right back near their penalty area. Otamendi then scythes down Willian on the right and gets a yellow. He could have walked, as he flew into the winger.
Corner for City on the right. They waste some time before De Bruyne sends it in and Courtois makes a comfortable save.
Gundogan finds Sterling ahead of him down the right, and Sterling floats it to the back post for Jesus. His excellent volley beats Courtois, but Rudiger is on hand to clear it off the line.
Gundogan on for Sane.
I'm not sure if it was a shot or a cross, but whatever Fernandinho was trying, it went miles over.
Around 10 minutes of normal time left for Chelsea to find an equaliser.
Azpilicueta has a chance to hook in a pass from 10 yards out, and sends it straight to Ederson with plenty of forwards ready. Ederson then looks to get very close to lobbing the ball out of the area from, erm, outside the area.
- OffDavid SilvaManchester City
- OnBernardo SilvaManchester City
Bernardo Silva is on for David Silva, which makes things nice and easy for me.
Willian goes down after getting an elbow in the face from Otamendi. He's OK to continue, and it didn't seema deliberate foul.
- OffTiemoué BakayokoChelsea
- OnMichy BatshuayiChelsea
Pedro and Batshuayi on for Hazard and Bakayoko.
City have - interestingly to some extent - now sat right back as they allow Chelsea to play in front of their area.
- GoalKevin De BruyneManchester City
GOAL! Chelsea 0-1 Manchester City. De Bruyne scores - De Bruyne plays a smooth one-two with Jesus, and he lashes in a left-foot rocket past Courtois.
Walker slips in Silva for a pass, and his shot is blocked by Alonso, and the pressure is relentless from City. Still no goal.
De Bruyne, I think, curls in a ball to the near post for Jesus, but he can't reach the ball and it runs into Courtois' arms.
Azpilicueta rushes back to take the ball off Sterling in the box, and then wins a free kick when he's tripped.
Fabregas clips a pass out to Hazard, in space in the box on the left, and his shot across Ederson brings a smart stop.
- Yellow cardFernandinhoManchester City
Fernandinho gets a yellow for clipping Hazard from behind, about 30 yards out and central in City half.
Some dispute between Alonso and Walker as they both appeal for a throw-in on the left. It goes City's way, and the Chelsea fans are not impressed.
Willian is caught on the right wing in midfield, and they might get a chance to hoof it long.
A round of applause in the 56th minute.
Sterling gets down the left on the touchline, and his cross falls to Silva after Rudiger intercepts. Alonso scrambles away Silva's effort.
De Bruyne's corner from the left comes to Stering who tries to volley at goal, but he struggles to keep his shot down.
Jesus always looks like he's about to burst into tears. A tactical decision? Who can say.
Sane has an effort from inside the box, but three Chelsea players are on hand to block. Chelsea look knackered.
Rudiger is on hand to cover as Jesus latches onto a pass behind the defence.
Silva fizzes a first-time ball out to the left for Sane, but it's overhit and out of play on the left wing.

We go again.
- End of 1st Half
Chelsea go in at half time grateful to be level with City, and without Morata who left due to a hamstring injury. City will be disappointed not to have made their dominance count.
Fernandinho heads at goal from point blank range from De Bruyne's corner, and Courtois palms it away brilliantly.
Antonio Conte and his mullet are screaming from the sideline, as City prepare to swing in a free kick at the near post. Azpilicueta slides in to send it behind from De Bruyne.
More 'almost' chances for City. They've dominated, but they have taken no advantage of their dominance so far.
Willian jinks to his right to win a foul from De Bruyne. A dangerous position for Chelsea to cross.
That's a huge blow for Chelsea. Morata looked superb most of the season and started well today, but now they've lost their focal point. Hazard, perhaps, will lead the line, and the concern will also be that this injury could keep him out for a few weeks, if it is his hamstring.
- OffÁlvaro MorataChelsea
Willian replaces Morata, who has injured his hamstring.
Levene chips in with some tactical perception.
Sterling cuts back a cross towards Jesus, but it's cut out and cleared. Chelsea are defending well under pressure.
De Bruyne's corner from the right is glanced wide by Otamendi. City remain the most dangerous side so far.
Kante receives a scooped past inside from Hazard, but he's ruled offside in a dangerous position in the box.
Morata stands up Walker and Stones, and they race back to concede a corner on the left wing. Nothing from it.
Azpilicueta seizes on a loose ball to hook a volley at the near post after a Bakayoko air-shot, and Ederson tips his shot away at the near post.
Jesus gets battered about in midfield, last bouncing off Bakayoko before he goes to ground to win a free kick.
Stones jogs onto the pitch after recovering from that noggin-clang.
Stones heads it wide after Rudiger challenges with him for a cross, and Stones is down after a clash of heads.
Delph smashes a volley into Rudiger's face.
Ederson runs out to intercept a ball over the top, and he happily lays it off to De Bruyne in midfield.
City go close. Jesus closes in on Courtois who clears the ball straight at the striker, and it bounces just wide of the goal.
City have had 70% of the ball so far, but Kante almost steals in on the right from a Fabregas pass.
Silva has Sane to his left, but drags his shot wide from the edge of the box.
Here's some exceptionally, brutally hardcore analysis on Pep's line-up today.
City almost force a crucial mistake inside Chelsea's area but they scramble it clear.
City are pushing Chelsea right back into their penalty area.
Kante chips in a cross to the near post, and he glances a header just wide of the back post.
- 1st Half
The match gets underway.
If City don't win today, they will relinquish their joint-top position in the league.
Chelsea have Christensen in defence to replace the suspended Luiz, but they have Hazard is back, and that's what is most important for them now.
The focus is on Gabriel Jesus. He had formed a dangerous partnership with Sergio Aguero in attack, but Aguero's traffic accident means that Jesus could be leading the line alone for the foreseeable future.
