The Whites, who already boast Belgium forward Dembele in their ranks, have poached French youngster Dembele from Paris Saint-Germain, subject to a tribunal.
The younger Dembele, 16, is an out-and-out striker so is not a direct replacement for the older player, who is mostly used as an attacking midfielder and has been linked with Real Madrid.
He is set to cost under £250,000, although that could rise with appearances and senior goals. Fulham will likely recoup that money easily, however: they won't even need to get new shirts printed up for the club shop.
Dembele is keen to leave PSG after their big-spending owners effectively closed the door on young players by signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Ezequiel Lavezzi.
