The France left-back, 32, is recovering after a liver transplant followed the discovery of a tumour last season.
He will start the match but take no further part, Barca said, adding that he had returned to light physical training.
“He is training very softly, but it is too soon to say when he will return to the pitch.
Team-mate Xavi was delighted at the news.
“It’s fantastic that he can be with us, that he has recovered, it’s truly happy for him,” Xavi said.
“It’s an enormous relief for him, and he is euphoric at the moment. It’s also good news for us that he’s practically recovered, it shows that the operation went well.
“It’s the best news that we could have heard.”
